So, w.bloggar das tolle Programm arbeitet mit bblog fein zusammen, wenn man weiß
wie es geht. Das ja immer so

You have to use the metaweblog.api not the blogger.api.

Also, I do not use windows, so this is hard for me to test, but hopefully the blogger.api will be supported in the future.

Also man nehme CUSTOM, dann metaweblog.api und als Path
bblog/xmlrpc.php.
